2. what it will do for a company.?

3. what is roles and responsibilities?

Hi,

1. "Center of Excellence", = R&D Department.

2. The teams which are working in this COE , are very high skilled, have knowledge all new products and technologies.

3. It is resposible for to support / provide what ever new updates are happening in the technology. And

Any high alert issues has happend in the client sites, where our local support persons unable to resolve it, it will go to this COE.
