In SPRO, go to Sales and Dis. and then select basic functions and there u'll find Free Goods,here u need to determine condition technique for free goods determination.

Hi,
path : spro -> sales and distribution-> basicfunction -> free good determination ->
1. create condition table for your condtion tech of free goods.
choose fields .........customer and material.
2. maintain access sequence
cick newentries .........
acsq fields(enter four letter word) press enter.
goto -
access -
assign your conditon table----
then goto -
fields.
3.maintain condition type.......
copy the condtion type and rename z. and assign your accessequence
4. maitanin pricing procedure
click on newentries.
enter four letter word........then go to control data...................
here you assign your condition type
step 10 cntr 0 conidtion type (assign your conditon ) requirement (is special conditon leave blank).
5. activate free goods determination. click new entries/
sales area + doc pricing procedure + customer pricing procedure + free good det.
note : pls maintain the same doc pricing procedure in material master data
pls maintain the same cust pricing procedure in customer master data
6. condition type (VBN1)
enter your conditon type and maintain the conditon records.
