Hi,

While specifiying a sender file adapter , we do specify the following configuration in file content conversion

Row.processConfiguration - FromConfiguration.

Please do explain the significance of this.

Regards,

B.Anandh

Hi Krishnan,

i dont think so it is required anymore.

what that means is take thefield names from the configuration ie FCC parameters which we specify in the sender file adapter.

Regards,

Sumit

Hi Anandh,

fromConfiguration means that no header information exists in the file to be converted, but it will be delivered by the present configuration. You must set the value for xml.fieldNames= correspondingly for this.

Get the details here :

Generally we avoid Content Conversion. Check out this--

Avoiding content conversion will make the scenario more generic. Hence any file irrespective of its file type can be picked up by the File Adapter. You can ignore the screenshots of the file adapter configurations (Sender and Receiver) and refer the UPDATE section to configure it to pick and post files irrespective of its type.

Hope this was helpful...
