TEXT SUPERSCRIPT in NOTEPAD

Hi Experts

actually i'm doing one program which takes values from TABLE & PUT it in internal Table & download it to NOTEPAD.

now , lets say....from the table i'l hving the value as text " DEG " (string).

now i want to display it like " 0 C " .. that ZERO should go to SUPESCRIPT positon while downloading to NOTEPAD.

How can do this ??
