Did you mean:

to view the created orders

Hi Folks,

I have installed the MAM 2.5 SR5 application successfully.

Now, on the client the application is running successfully.

But when you create the order can you please let me know in the backend

where should and go and check the created order.

Inorder to view the orders in the backend do i need to do any settings or

if i just perform a sync it is fine to view the orders.

Bye,

Aswini

Hi Aswini,

After creating the order you will have to sync so that the order gets updated on the backend. If there are no errors in the order, you the order will be updated in the backend. You will have to sync once again to get the order on the MI client with it order no. The order can be viewed in the backend in the transaction iw32.

If you just want to view the orders (display) try iw33.

Rahul

Hi Aswini,

Were you unable to locate the orders on the backend using iw32 / iw33 transactions?

Is there any other problem?

Hi Rahul,

No, i was not able to locate the created order on the backend system.

when i create the order on the client it has option to create the notification

and then from the notification screen it has an option to create the

order no. But when i try to give an order no. for the created order it says

it is Error:906 selected notification is already associated with the local order.

Can you please let me know the exact procedure to create an order on the client

and then if i perform a sync if there are not errors in the middleware and if i go

to transaction iw33 in the backend it should allow to see the created order.

But if there are some other proceduere do let me know.

Thanks,

Ashu

Hi Aswini,

There is no speical procedure for creating orders in the MI client. If MAM has been configured properly on the backend, then you will be able to create an order easily. After creating the order on the client, sync and check in merep_mon logs for any errors.

Catch hold of a 'Plant Maintanence & Service' (PLM) functional consultant in your organization to help you out on the MAM Config.
