FTP from SAP on iSeries to Unix server

Dear Sir;

Has anyone been using FTP in SAP on 400 and sent data to Unix server?

We just upgraded from 4.7 NON-UNicode to ECC 6.0 unicode this Sunday.

Previously , we create Add-on program using FTP to integrate ERP

production order with CIM system, internally call functional module

FTP_CONNECT . Previous it's okay, After upgrade it doesn't work.

The error message as following :is NOT_CONNECTED_TARGET ( Program

could not connect to the Destination)

We've tested FTP command on 400 and login and sent data to the Unix server without problem. Can someone help on this? and also been applied the patch for SAPFTP to our unicode kernel 75.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

What comes to my mind is:

- Check your SAPFTP destination in SM59 (does it have the Unicode flag?)

- check the traces dev_ftp in your instance work directory
