VA26 - Collective Processing for Quotations

Hello,

Is there any similar transaction in SAP where in i can process open sales orders into quotations and quotations into sales orders similar to wat VA26 does ??

Please let me know how i can handle this ?

Hi Suresh,

As you have said right that you can process in VA26 all open quotations and in furthur processing convert them into sales orders.

But why you want to create a quotation based on sales order.Logicaly is it right ?

Because in standard bussiness process first you give quotaton to customer and after confirmation from customer.we create the sales order.This is proper bussiness flow.

What you are asking is against the standard one.So SAP will not support this.

In which scenario you want this bussiness flow ? Can you update us ?

may be if you looking for list if open sales order go to VA05 , & select the open sales orders and you should be able ger answer for your question

Can you be more specific about your requirement, you want to have list of Open Orders which are not delivered??? or what else ???
