Bugs in BBP_MON_SC

Hi,

We are in SRM 4.0, facing the following issues. Appreciate if you could suggest the correct note to resolve those bugs.

1. Limit shopping cart missing in BBP_MON_SC report

2. Rejected shopping cart shows as Awaiting approval in BBP_MON_SC

3. Some shopping carts (not limit SC) missing in BBP_MON_SC.
