How can netweaver to integrate with IC WebClient

Hi, all,

I have installed netweaver 2004s SP16. I want to mockup a call center environment. I have read some document. But I still have some questions:

1) Where can I have IC WebClient? Does netweaver have one with it? I know mySAP has, BUT I can not get a mySAP trial.

2) How to let the call center mock up work? Any document?
