Final Invoice Indicator

Dear SRMers,

Greetings!!

System Information: SRM 4.0

In the SRM browser, I am not able to locate the "Final Invoice Indicator" on the confirmations screen.

Can some please let me know where it is present in SRM Confirmations, and if it is the same EREKZ field in the EKPO table in R/3.

Which SRM version/support packs are you using ?

Only once PO gets created from Confirmations using BBPCF02 (Confirm Good/Services Transaction), the final delivery indicator as well the final invoice indicator will appear in the PO.

After the deletion or return delivery of goods receipts with delivery completed indicator, the system does not clear the delivery completed indicator in the purchase order.

<u>Note 831448 - BBPPO01:Final invoice indicator is not reflected to Backend</u>

In case of Extended Classic Scenario, transaction "Process Purchase Orders", PO -> Item Data -> Statistics if "No further invoices expected" or "No further confirmations expected" is marked. This flags are not transfered to the backend.

<u>Note 862506 - Unset final delivery indicator after quantity increase</u>

After a PO is ordered and the final delivery/invoice indicator is set, a customer can increase the quantity of an item. In that case, the final delivery/invoice indicator should be unset to allow for further confirmation.

The final invoice indicator is available in the PO, not in the confirmation !

In the confirmation, you only have the final delivery flag that you do also have in the PO.
