Hello, XI Experts!
I'm not a SAP expert, but work with SAP team in my organization. My SAP team has a difficulty in producing IDoc in XML Format using TCP/IP Port, which must be used because the receiving system, MQSI, is commnunicating via TCP/IP. If anyone out there can answer this topic, that will be a GREAT help.
Thanks,
Rich.

Hi Richard,
Please refer to this blog of mine, hint #2 for an example of such configuration:
http://scn.sap.com/community/pi-and-soa-middleware/blog/2012/01/24/four-things-you-might-have-not-kn...
It is pretty straight-forward, so you should have no problems configuring it with my example. If you had some further questions, feel free to ask.
Hope this helps,
Greg

Did you try using XML HTTP port? HTTP works on TCP/IP protocol. So TCP/IP server will be able to receive the message. Of course HTTP protocol will add some headers, the receiving system should be configured to ignore those headers.

pls refer below link:
http://scn.sap.com/people/suraj.sr/blog/2005/12/29/generate-test-case-for-an-idoc-scenario
pls refer main steps:
Port creation by using t.c we21:
Create Partner profile by using t.c we2o:
Then we need monitoring the idoc using transaction code WE05, IF we got IDOC status 30,
Then we have to execute the report RSEOUT00 by using transaction code SE38.
Using the transaction code AL11, we will check the global directory and we select the file name.
The file could be downloaded onto the front-end system using the transaction CG3Y.
