I am new to this SRM - SAP Enterprise Buyer Environment, I need to present troubleshooting idea to my higher level guys. Basically I am working in the area Basis.

hi,

i am sorry there is no documentation available for trouble shooting.

for Most of the problems , you have to check out the standard sap notes , sap help , configuration guides specific for srm.

thats what we used to when i was doing trouble shooting customer issues.
