Hi All,
I am working on XI to IDoc scenario.
I would like to set up the Dynamic Idoc Serialization at R-3 end.
Could you please share the step by step document for the serialization set up?
I have gone through Michal's book on mastering Idoc scenario's using XI.
He refers to transaction we85 to set up the rules for queues.
Could you guys please brief me about it in details?
Please guide me.
Regards,
Vignesh

Hi vignesh,
Unfortunately I do not have Michal's book but, did you had a look at <a href="/people/community.user/blog/2006/11/04/how-to-serialize-idoc-xml-messages-fed-into-xi">How to serialize IDoc XML messages fed into XI</a>?
The procedure is also explained there.
Kind Regards,
Sergio

Hi Michal,
In my scenario, Idocs are inbound to the SAP System.
There are three tabs available:
Inbound Options, Post Processing Permitted Agent and telephony
In tab Inbound Options:
I have to give Process Code, Check box for cancelling process after syntax error.
And option to select Process immediately or background job.
Please let me know, where should i define the rule name or configuration required for inbound idoc processing is different?
Please guide.
Your book is reallly informative.
Regards,
Vignesh
