Problems with Incoming Mails in SAP

Hi Gurus,

I have setup incoming mail configuration using SMTP in my SRM development system as per note 455140.

When i was testing it as per note 607108, i am getting the following error while receving mail in the sap system:

I create the user, and make the setting in the SICF and activate it.

Can you pls send the detailed document on what configurations you have done at Exchange level and SAP level.
