DI Template Installer Not Available

Hi,

We have installed NWDI 7.0 SP9. After installation Template Installer DI_Post Installation is not available under Deploy and Change. I have also followed the note <b>964988</b>.

Previously the value was DI. I have changed it to DI-Java. But it doesnt help and there is no template installer available. Any other notes to be followed
