Returns Delivery not happening

Hi Guys,

I understand this will be a cake walk for you all.

When I try to create a retunrs delivery with reference to a Returns Sales Order, I am getting the following error message:

' No delivery-relevant items in order 0061016065, order type ZREN'.

I have checked all copying control parameters and settings, all seem to be in place.

All my friends told me to check either the following:

1. Item category

2. Copying Control

3. Correct reference sales document

So far I have not been able to detect any shortcomings.

I was also suggested to check the schedule line category also, which I am not able to understand. Could that be the source of the problem. Any guidance on this will be hoighly appreciated.

Hi,

Goto VL01 tcode and check the details in Create outbound delivery initial screen

Shipping point

Selection date details

It would solve your problem

Hi,

Simple things first. Has the returns already occurred for the sales order?? First, check the document flow of the sales order. If the doc flow of the SO does not show any returns delivery, then we can explore further.
