Hi,
We have checked the user and user's org settings for consistency. However we could not come up with any error.
The message " "IN POSTAL CODE A NUMBER MUST REPLACE 2" still appears while creating a shopping cart. Customers from Canada are unable to create a shopping cart due to this error.
The message number is AM 210.
We can see this at table "t100" in EBP or B2P.
Anybody can help; the issue is urgent.
Regards,
Susruta

Hi,
In french, the message seems more explicit and if i translate it into english it means " numeric entry is mandatory for item..."
Did you check the entries in the delivery address or any other address : user, requester, org structure ... ?
Kind regards,
Yann

Hi
As suggested earlier, Please ensure that user's Postal code starts with the correct format as per the country. Refer OY07 Transaction for more details.
Select for country Canada (CA), go in the details.
There is a tab there for Checks.
Either you can make the changes to country specific-checks changed in SRM / ECC systems.
1) Options to make Postal code mandatory or optional entry
2) Postal code mandatory or optional entry
3) Length of Postal code
check Rule (based on country settings)
Try Making changes there and then you can avoid this error message.
Do let me know.

Hi
<b>Please give more details.</b>
Please ensure that user's Postal code starts with the correct format as per the country. Refer OY07 Transaction for more details.
Also check user settings and attributes in PPOMA_BBP and check for consistency of the user and the whole Org structure.
When are you getting this error ? Specify the steps to reproduce the same.
Note 544392 - Error in search helps EBP 2.0.
Note 379824 - ME21N ME51N Problems with delivery address
Do let me know. Hope this will help.
