xRPM IGS Error - SAP Graphics Rendering Problem

Hi All;

Error is related to xRPM 4.0

While accessing the iviews for charts and diagrams, we are getting and error on the portal which says :- " SAP Graphics Rendering Problem".

Can anybody suggest how to resolve the error.

We have checked that the IGS system is running properly. Despite this we are facing this error.

Also we chave checked two OSS notes :- 991559 & 733695.

As per OSS note 733695 - To find the log messages recorded on portal logging console should be used BUT.... we are unable to find the "Logging Console" under the System Administration tab.

How do we locate the Logging console on the portal ??

Can anybody please help me how do i resolve the error.

Hi,

you have to maintain the IGSUrl; see note 704604 that will solve this issue.
