production confirmed (order) APO

Hello to all,

We do have an interface for sending production confirmed (order) to APO. Now, it has been found that the job is cancelling on the APO side. Upon checks, it has been found that for a particular material/plant, we have two entries in the file for only 1 order. Again, this is the reason why the job is cancelling in APO. Can anyone help me here to diagnose this? What checks are needed. I am new to SAP... esp to this module... Thanks.

APO are complaining that job from their end is cancelling. It has been found that R/3 is sending the material number on same order number 0 on different dates. APO said that this is planned confirmed order on their part that is generated by MRP run in R/3. Can you help me on what checks needed on R/3 so as to show if the material with same order number on different dates is legitimate?

Did you try the CIF comparison report in APO?
