Any way to apply Java License for portal other than VISUAL ADMINISTRATOR

Hi Team,

Is there any other way to apply Java License for PORTAL other than through VISUAL

ADMINISTRATOR for java engine.I have already got License Key from SAP but the visual administrator not allowing me to go through.Its having some problem regarding UME service when i give the password in VISUAL ADMINISTRATOR.So please let me know if there is any other way to apply the java license.Your prompt reply is very much appreciated.I have just started working on EP.

do i need to apply for portal and java license or just for portal license.At os level ,how do u apply java license.

Hi Ben,

But at OS level how do i apply.I am quite new to EP environment.Is it like applying for sap license at os level i.e saplicense -install.Please provide the steps/commands for applying the license for portal.
