My company is planning following upgrade
a) SAP R/3 4.6C -> mySAP ERP 2004
b) BW 2.0B -> 3.5
c) EP 5.0 -> 6.0
d) Implementation of XI
Questions...
1. Where to get the OS/DB compatibility checklist for mySAP 2004 to make sure correct versions are in place.
2. How much extra hardware might be required for new setup. As per upgrade strategy, if we use downtime-minimized approach, how much extra hardware is required?
3. How much upgrade time frame would each of these components take individually and what is the sequence in which they should be upgraded and what can be done parallely.
4. Assumptions...There will be no need for data migration and customizations (z-objects ) would be migrated automatially during the upgrade....pls confirm if its true
