Notes management

I have the following questions regarding the notes management in demand planning

When i am trying to create a note then it tells me that if you have a symbol "/" in the text then the note can not be created as the text is not unique, Has any one faced a similar problem, what is the solution to this thing.

Hello,

I am not sure which version of SCM you are using.

I am using SCM5 with SP9

I have entered following Notes

<b>Runtime keyfigure /16.06.2007)/runtime 500 Sec

/ test

"/"</b>

And it saved successfully.

Please provide more details in terms of SCM release, Error what you are getting.
