Hello Friends,
My client is implementing Global Treasury project which requires interfaces to various financial institutions in a secure, encrypted protocol.they wants to know about encrypted adaptor, is there any thing called encrypted adaptor or encrypted protocol please help me..

There is nothing called encrypted adapter or protocol. It can be secure protocol. You can define your security requirements in the adapter. You can know about teh secure protocols supported in XI at the below location.

You can use...SOAP,http adapters which can implemented over HTTPS and also FTP over SSL adapter.....
