Dispatch of BOM in Indian Scenarios

Friends,

Can kindly help how to map below scenario in Indian context -

I have Material Called Computer, for computer have components called Mouse, Key board, Monitor and CPU. In the company , the stock relevent materials are Mouse, Key Board, Monitor & CPU and dispach all together as Computer. In the sales order level Header level Computer is relevent for pricing, relevent for Billing & also relevent for RG1 and the Sub Item Mouse;KeyBoard;Monitor & CPU are relevent for Delivery not relevent for any other.

Can you please inform how to map this in SAP.

Hi,

pls maintain the following information

Computer -

Header BOM

Mouse, Key Board, Monitor & CPU are -

---

Child BOM

while maintaining the material Computer

Sales Org1 (tab) -

---

Item Category grp (ERLA),

while maintaining other materials

Sales org1 tab---in the field Item Category Group NORM

wher ERLA will determine the item category TAQ.

pls observe the item category in customisation

other child items will determine TAE

so its exactly suitable to your requirement.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, as per our scenario

1. Stocks are maintained for Keyboard,Mouse

2. Compter is Non Stock Item and will dispatch as group of all component materials.

3. All together will treat as Computer.

4. Pricing is at Header level and also RG1 is relevent at Computer level.

5. But dispatch is at item level.

In sales order level at Main Item quantity is 10 and if i change quantity from 10 to 2, system automatically change sub items quantity as standard functionality.

But in delivery, how system copy the quantity of main item to delivery its copying only if i deactivate the availability check at delivery item category level. Apart from this if i change quantity at Main Item level in delivery system not changing quantity at item level.

Can please help in this.
