(1)for a variant material, in the sales order, the characteristics values are entered.

in which table can i find these values?

(2)in which table can i find the description of the characteristics created in CT04?

1) The table Name is CAWN and the field name is ATWRT for Charactreristics Values

!) For Description of Characteristics go to Table CABNT where the Description Field Name is ATBEZ. You can give give the Characteristic Name in the Field ATINN to get the Description at the output.

but for a particular sales order, i want to find the characteristics values entered when it was created.in which table can i get the sales order no. and the values entered for the characteristics in that order

Hi,

You can check CAWN through SE16, All Characteristics value which you maintained it will be displayed.

Press F1 for that field and click on technical details.You will find the field name and the table in which these entries are getting populated.
