Message has error status on outbound side

The files posted in XI show successful on XI side but it has eror status on SAP R/3 side, I am not able o figure out what could be the cause for it as it is not showing any error in the XML data also. but the data has not reached the SAP R/ side.

Kindly suggest what could be the cause.

which adapter do you use?

So you see some errors in TA SMQ2 or SM58?
