is it possible to mix two invoices to single
who is having the same billing dates,payer,ship to party.only materials are different

To combine 2 invoices the following should be common,
1. Payer,
2. payment terms,
3. Billing date
4. Inco terms.
No need of ship to party to be common and material can be different.

Yes we con do multiple deliveries into one invoice and one delivery to multiple invoices..
but, payer, inco rerms, payment terms, and billing date should be same....

Yes,it is possible and frequently used in SAP.
Only thing is you have to keep the header data same as Payer,Incoterms,Billing date etc.
If at all your billing is getting split because of different data then also you can control this through defining combinatin criteria for collective billing with help of routine in copy control.The field is combination criteria ZUKARI in table VBRK.

yes u can create single billing doc for more than one invoice .
But pl keep track of payers and incoterms at both header level and item level which should be same for all sales order .
