ITS Manager service can't start

Our company ITS is 46D

But on yesterday ITS Manager service can't start.

I check my windows service.

Find Dos windows have below information....

Hi,

the output says, that 'gethostbyname' failed. Finding out the reason

why should not be that hard. What about the trace file contents?

But anyway, the ITS 4.6D is <b>not supported</b> anymore. It is worth to

think about an ITS 6.20

I find patch c:\program\sap\its\2.0\PRDCLNT100\traces\AGATE.trc file

The file content such as below:

Seems to be very simple. The address resolution of

PRDWEB1 does not work.
