SAP std. print output

Hi SAP gurus,

I want to change std fontsize of text of ALV reports, while printing ALV reports.

As v have option of exporting the ALV report layout on to Excel, I want to print directly from Std. layout format. For this the text size of layout is very small and I want to increase the size of text on print output.

You are able to change the display of text in the ALV output. Depending on whether the text is located in the ALV output itself or in the header of the list, for example, you have different options.

Features

You are able to make the following settings for text properties:

· Set font

· Set alignment of the text in the column

· Determine lowercase and uppercase

· Determining display of empty cells

· Changing text color

Hi

In SAP screen, there is a button called Customisation of Local layout which is Green, red and darkblue striped. The button is next to the yellow question mark button.

Click on the bottom right of that button, you will have a pulldown menu.

In that menu, you have a link for Font. There you can increase the size of the font and change the font you want.

This will reflect in your GUI. I dont know whether the same will be taken care of when printing. So you can check this.
