How much mandays does it take to implement, "Test Equipment Management" under Quality Management module -- for one site - a process industry

It depends on the type of buisiness process.

For normal manufacturing industry, it'll take around 2-3 Weeks. ( Only for QM module).

It includes all master data creation like MIC's, Catalogues with Codes, Code groups and selected sets , Usage Decisions.( As per Cleints requirements)

I assume that all other configurations in PM module is done. Like: Equipment Masters, strategies, Task Lists, maintenance plans etc.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay.

In this case, to implement whole of QM and PM, it would take minimun of,

( for One Module)

15 days for Project Map preperation

15 days for Buisiness Blue Print( As is & To be mapping)

45 days for collection of Master Data and simultanious upload in to Test client.

15 Days for testing all processes and link betn. other modules-

15 days for cleaning of datas.

After every thing is well & good, according to SLA, then finally GOLIVE and SUPPORT.

Approximately, 4-5 months for One module..
