URGENT CERTIFICATION

dear sirs..

i am having 1 yr exp in process industry.hvaing intrest in SAP.want to switch over in that.i have few qus

1. is any certification is must for a fresher?if yes then how many certifications ,their fees, how to choose among them,which certification is having max demand/ growth

2. how to get start with from zero level to reach to

(a). directly to a confident level without certification

(b.) with certification.

(3) how to get the course matrial for that ?

(4) does my 1 year process industry experiance is worthful in SAP INDUSTRY.
