Hello there. Can anybody help out in letting me know the minimum version of Veritas Cluster Server that SAP ecc6 supports?
Thanks in advance!
R.
Let me on the right path. Thanks!

It's more a question of your underlying operating system - what are you using?

yes, indeed

Check Note 961762 - Sun Cluster support for SAP systems
and
Note 527843 - Oracle RAC support in the SAP environment
[...]
RAC (9.2/10.2) on SUN Hardware:
SUN Cluster 3.x (x higher or equal to 2)+ SUN QFS 4.x (x higher or equal to 5) or
Veritas 'Storage Foundation for Oracle RAC 4.x'.
[..]
Check also
Note 999524 - Oracle 10.2 platform support for Async IO
So from these notes I'd say you can/should use SF/O >= 4
Now check the Veritas site for your HBA+Emc/Clarion/Hitachi/Sun/whatever storage hardware combination, I'm sure you will find the "only" supported entry in this multidimensional matrix
