Error in adapters

Dear All,

I am facinfg with the following error:

Error: Error connecting to ftp server '100.100.100.121': SocketException: Software caused connection abort: connect

Can u please guide me what is this error and how can this be resolved

Hi,

Server is down or the url u r giving is wrong...just check wether ftp server is up or not...

thanks all for ur replies. actually some firewall settings were not allowing the ftp site to access.

Just go to command prompt and type FTP 100.100.100.121. It should ask your username and password.

But if i do this it says Unkown error number. So check with the basis guys or the one who gave this address. Something problem with the ftp server or the address might be wrong.
