Approving Shopping Cart in EBP 3.0

Hi people,

I have an user in EBP that is the manager (he approves the shooping carts).

When he opens the EBP and goes to Inbox, the screen shows a list with all the Workflow entries to approve or reject.

My problems:

- Where I can change the "Description" field? I would like to include the total price in this description that is displayed in Workflow entries list. (Inbox)

- The buttons Approve and Reject are not being displayed. And I don't know why. The entry has the "Ready" status.

I changed the Description configuring the task TS10008126 in OOCU.

Now I have problems with the Approve and Reject buttons that do not appear......

hi,

Maintain Attributes EC_DECISION and EC_MAIL in tcode SWL1 for that task.Then the buttons will appear.

Hi,

SWL1 settings are for the APPROVE/REJECT icons at the header level.For the Buttons,refer the foll note:

Note 153605 - 'Approve' and 'Reject' buttons are not displayed
