AFS - Upgrade to ecc 5.0

Hey All AFS gurus,

I am working for a client and they have upgraded from 4.6 to ecc 5.0 with afs. I have to work on upgrading, and have a program which scraps materials daily using BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE'. Presently it has been moved to 5.0 but is not working correctly. The business user is telling me that the program should check for afs as well as non afs materials. i can see that the program is puling the data from standard tables vbak and vbap. i want to know what different do i have to do to pull the data from afs system, do i have to use some special tables???

anyone with afs experience please advice!!! please please please i will reward points for sure.
