Hi Archana,
Generic Sync is ideal for simple data collection scenarios and very well-suited for devices where the focus is more on gathering data and less on handling large amounts of business data for complex validation scenarios.
SyncBo's are not present in the Generic Sync. No Development is also neccesary in Middleware, but tables have to configured to call function modules on backend.
More on Generic sync can be found here
Generic Sync API's
Central Services in the Generic Sync API are:
1)Outbound Container handling
--Creation of outbound data containers
--Filling of outbound data containers
--Releasing data containers for synchronization
2)Inbound Container handling
--Inbound container processing
--Inbound processor registration
3)Sync Control
--Triggering synchronization
--Registration to Sync events
--Processing of Sync events
--Sync log handling
--Sync exceptions
More on Generic Sync API's are found in this link
Hope this helps
Best Regards,
Lakshmi

Hi Archana,
You can find an example for Generic Synch mobile application in the following link.
Here you can also find the registration process of Generic Synch API.
Let me know if you are in need of any more information.
