hi abid,
which conditions are you talking about? freight or all conditions. If it is freight then you can use the incoterms in the condition table and assign it to the access sequence. then go and maintain the condition record in VK11.
I hope it works.

Hi - the access sequence given in KFOO is a standard one - please configure it to suit your customer requirement :
1) Inco term
2)Customer code
3) material code:

Hi Abid,
Maintain Incoterms at the customer master in sales area data ( Ex : if u had given CIF) after that go to T. code VK11 and use ur condition type like KFOO and maintain the record using the Incoterms(Ex:CIF) given at the customer customer. After that maintain the scales for that record.
