Hi.
one of my users got this problem at the user's site. when enter the portal address on Internet Explorer(IE) , the user got on IE:
-
Title: Invalid Syntax Error - Microsoft Internet Explorer
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for might have been removed or had its name changed.
Please try the following:
Open the home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.
If you still cannot open the page, click the Internet Explorer
Search button to look for similar sites.

Any idea? The user can surf other sites with no problem.
Thank you.
Depending on the version of IE they are using or how high their security settings are, they could get an error like this. We tell users to use no less than IE6 SP1 with 128 bit encryption.
Then again, can other users see and log into your portal?
