Hi,

Different versions of SAP Webas are ,

1.630/640/NW04 -

>which has java stack and java applications can be written and imported in portal.

2.645/700/NW04s----

>which has java and ABAP stacks both.

Java and ABAP applications can be written and imported on portal.

3.NY----

>NewYork release which is still under development.

hello,

SAP Netweaver Application server (or SAP NW AS) is used when referring to SAP NW 2004s or higher.

The term SAP Wbeb Application Server (or SAP Web AS) is used for referring top release 640.
