Hi experts,
Would anyone know if there's a field in definining Validity Date in VA01?
No clue of any field in sales order as Validity date. However, there are dates as follows:
1. Document Date
2. Required Delivery date
3. Pricing Date
& so on ....

How come there's SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE where in you could specify in ORDER_HEADER_IN-CT_VALID_T (gueen field - Valid-to date (outline agreements, product proposals))
I'm debugging an old program they found a bug that there some document numbers got the right valid_date and some are not.
According to the program it could only specify this date by using SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE.

the Order config takes care of diff order types like quote, contract, sch agreements etc.. in addition to std sales order. other than std sales order, the validity date is used in other types.
however, if you have configured type OR to have contract screen, the validty field will be seen in the contract screen.
cheers
