The Value Mapping table is nothing but a grouping of all your value mapping groups. When you create an entry, you are actually creating a value mapping group. hence it is sufficient if you delete all the groups in the table. This is equivalent to ddeleting the table itself. You can delete the groups either from Integration directory or by using the Value Mapping replication interface.
