Collective Sales Order into one Outbound Delievery?

Hello Experts,

I have created 10 Sales Order but I want to Create One Outbound Delivery

with above 10 sales Order.

Whether it possible..Please send me the T_Code and it's Procedure

Hi,

For collective deliveries the following should be common,

1. ship to party,

2. route.

U can combine the deliveries at the t.code VL01N, first enter ur order number and then enter, there u mention all the order numbers that r to be combined.

Along with Ship to, Shipping Point, Route, Inco terms, we should ensure that the unloading point is the same.

I guess the delivery will split if this is different.

Hi,

use T-code : VL10A

but before u use this t-code the following conditions must be met.

the shpip to party must be same

the shipping point must be same.

the route for the delivery order must be same.

the storage location must be same.

pls see that all the info must be same in all your sales order.

For collective delivery you should have following requirements

Shipping points , Ship to party ,Delivery date ,Inco terms and route should be same, you can use T code VL04

Hi,

One more points to this is delivery due date should be the same for all the orders,without which it is not possible.
