this eswar. i want know abt requirements of the system of Ecc6.0 in which we have to work 150-200 user are going to be work .for that how much of RAM and HARDDISK, PROCESSOR is required.

I strogly recommend first read the Installation doc. Everything is there.

And make use of QuickSizer.

I have seen ur quick sizer PDF.It was good docu to learn .In that docu ,i have some doubtst.I hope u could help me.

And my question is:

ABt throughputs ---what is objects, items, %chg, %dsp.And how we can estimate those things.please explain these things.

Hi Easwar,

Inorder to install ECC 6 (IDES Version) we need 270 GB Hard disk minimum, 2GB RAM minimum.. For a Production System it has to be around 300 - 350GB Minimum and 2GB RAM Minimum. For more information pls look in to http://service.sap.com/sizing and utilise the quick sizer tool provided by SMP.
