MSS - Employee General Information

Good Afternoon,

We are implementing MSS Functionality. But when we enter into the Team

workset and try to use the functions of General Information for the

employee, the page doesn't display any information. The screens are

totally clear.

What configuration must be made in order to show the employee

information when we click on the service iview. I've checked all the

iviews and they are working correctly when you preview them from the

portal content. But when you try to test the page from the Portal

Content or from the service iview, this doesn't display anything.

What's missing??

Hi all,

We've solved this problem by applying the OSS Note 903370 - Missing Customizing leads to failures in Employee-Profile.

Just adding "XSS-Menu" to the resource.
