how to display all mandatory fields ?

Hi Gurus,

Is there a way to display / list all the mandatory fields in a SD Sales order?

I am only talking hard errors - with out which you can not make the sales order

you can view he <b>incompletion log</b> in the configuration for that particular sales document type.

<u>Menupath:</u>

SPRO > IMG > SD > Basic Functions > Incompletion log

It also follws <i>Conition Technique.</i>

Yes u can write user exit TO get mandatory filed data from header,item and schedule line

create sales order - goto va01 and do not enter any values see the what are erros are coming.

my guess is :

order type

sales organization

distribution channel

division

sold to party

delivery date

material #

qty

these all mandatory and depends on system there could be more

hi ,

yes u can with the help of an ABAPER. ask your abaper to write a program to display all the mandatory fields of the table which we use in the sales order. u just need to specify the tables.

(VBAK - header data, VBAP- item related, VBEP- delivery related....)
