Problems in OCI

Hii,

I have a problem with OCI Setup.Supplier provided me the Punchout URL and I am not able to connect to this URL with the USERNAME and PASSWORD which we asked for the supplier to maintain for that PUNCHOUT URL.He also provided me with another PUNCHOUT URL,but when I used this URL as a punchout,it takes me directly to their main website.I need to suggest the supplier what to do on this issue.Can you please advice me what to advice to the supplier in this issue.
