Delivery Type

Can I see the "delivery type" in VL03N or VA03? Also, from where can I choose the delivery type when creating an order? Is VA01 or VL01N appropriate for choosing the delivery type?

Hi,

Delivery type is assigned in VOV8 Sales order control and copy control has to be maintained.

Input delivery number to table LIKP you will get the delivery type.

In delivery in header data,Administration tab page you can get delivery type.

You can not choose the delivery type at time of order creation

It is determined by system depending on configuration explained above.

Hi,

You cannot see the delivery type in VA03.

But you can see it in VL03N by going to menu -> Goto -> Header -> Administration.

The linkage of the Order type to the Delivery type is done in customizing in VOV8.

If this is not suitable, you can enter a different delivery type in VL01N in the field "Predefine Delivery Type". But for this, you must ensure that the required copy control settings have been made in VTLA.

Please explain wat is requirement because it is not clear .

As for vl03n is used for display delivery and va03 for sales orders
