Hi,

There is no request is generated for Master Data so it is not transferred from one Server to another. We not customize Master Data on Development Server but on Quality Server then how we transfer it to Production Server or we again create it on Production Server? If yes, how we create it on Production Server?

Thank You

Gopal

Hi,

Master data can not be transported.

It has to be maintained in each server either manually or with help of LSMW or any data uploading method.

Reward points if useful

Dear Gopal,

Ramki correctly mentioned that rewarding points motivates the contributor to contribute more & more. He also rightly mentioned that if you have further query, try to take a clarification.

One more important point is that when you reward points, even you earn points for rewarding & do ensure to reward generously for suitable answers.

Master Data is to be maintained in each client & cannot be transported. Like suggested by Amrish, if the data volume is high, it can be uploaded through LSMW. Alternatively you can also get a BDC developed from Abaper & use that with an excel flat file or e-catt.

If the volume is small, it is better to maintain manually.
