PO not transfered to ECC

Hi Folks,

I'm facing a problem when creating Limit PO's in an EC Scenario.

In RZ20 i get these errors:

<b>PO 3000000092: No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External reference:

PurchOrder 3000000092: Document contains no items</b>

When I do a check in the PO create screen in IE I get no errors!

In ECC the document type is maintaned for limit positions and is equal to the transaction type in SRM.

Any ideas?

PS: I have created the transaction types in SRM in accordance to the "cookbook" from Mr. Steward. 🐵

PPS. Is there any better tool to track errors in transfers than the RZ20?

Hi

Which SRM version are you using ?

Please look by logging via Administrator (Administration Monitor Transaction ) role using BBP_MON_SC Web Transaction.

Any error logs created in ST22 ??

Hi Atul,

We are running on SRM Server 5.5. SP08

I just realized that a new SP is out that include

Note 1022458 (0003): Limit PO ends in Error Status: Document Contains No Items

This might be the resolution to the program error caused due to a side effect of a note 1006573

I'll keep you guys posted
