Wrong Approver

Hello Gurus,

I have a problem

My user states that his shopping carts are being routed for approval to the incorrect person..

what may be the problem......?

where can i check for that.....?(plz Mention the T-Codes)

what attributes are to checked and maintained?

any thing in the User Maintainance......?

please help.

Hi,

Let me know

1.which workflow are you using? is it single step (or) two step (or) N-step .

2.if it is N-step Badi , check the badi code to find out wether the badi returns the wrong approver.

3. if it is normal workflow ( single (or) two step) , check out who is the manager of the person creating the shopping cart from organization management.

4. function module swx_get_manager is used for retrieving the managers in the normal workflows.

Hi,

I think that it would be necessary as first step to know what workflow is starting in the specific case. (In bbp_pd you can check with the SC number) what workflow is starting.

As I said you this is the first step
